We are excited to invite all parents and guardians to join us as we celebrate the hard work and achievements of our students at McDade Secondary!

Reminder:
All Senior awards will be presented to students at their scheduled Brunch on May 16th.

Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District held an annual art contest.
This year’s theme was Lost Pines Runs on Water, students were invited to create artwork that shows how water is used in their community and everyday life.

We are proud to announce our winners:

🥉 Addison Cash – 3rd Place (K–3 Category), winning $50
🌟 Daisy Gorostieta – Honorable Mention (4–6 Category), winning $25

🎨 Mrs. Marquette also received $100 ($50 for each student win) to purchase art supplies for the classroom.

Congratulations to these talented students and their dedicated teacher!

Support the Sophomore Class by purchasing our Fundraiser Shirt! This black Dri-Fit shirt features a clean, bold design that represents Bulldog pride and is perfect for game days, school events, and everyday wear. All shirts are pre-ordered $15 for youth sizes and $20 for adult sizes, with earnings going toward sophomore class future activities and events.

We are beyond proud to share that our talented students have advanced to REGION after earning 1st place out of 6 schools at today’s competition! 🏆👏

Their hard work, dedication, and passion truly paid off, and they continue to grow and improve every step of the way.

📍 Region competition will take place in Corpus Christi on Wednesday, April 22nd — more details coming soon!

The McDade Choir performed at the Blinn Choir Festival today in Brenham! They brought back a rating of Excellent and we go to the swing set afterwards! We're super proud of all our student's hard work!

Next we prepare for the end of the year concert in May! We hope to see you there!

🏥 FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS 🏥 McDade Athletics/Band Students We’re excited to partner with Ally Medical Emergency Room to provide FREE sports physicals for all student-athletes and band members! 📅 Date: April 20th ⏰ Time: 8:00 AM 📍 Location: McDade ISD Gym 💲 Cost: FREE ✅ Who Needs a Physical? All incoming 6th graders All incoming odd-year athletes (7th, 9th, and 11th graders) ⚠️ IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS ⚠️ All physical forms must be COMPLETED and SIGNED before arrival. Height and weight must be documented on forms. You can pick up a physical form from Coach Nunn & Coach Wilhelm.
